German-Israeli exchange partnerships are facing major challenges these days: Bilateral meetings have hardly been possible since October 7. Many organizations are in close contact with their Israeli partners and hope to be able to meet again soon in order to maintain their long-standing contacts. In the meantime, some digital meetings have taken place to bring young participants together in this way.

Following on from the networking seminar that took place in April 2024, ConAct – Coordination Center for German-Israeli Youth Exchange and the Israel Youth Exchange Authority would like to reopen the space for German-Israeli partnerships to get in touch with each other NOW.

The networking seminar, which will take place from November 26 to 28, is intended to give professionals the opportunity to gain an insight into current developments in educational work and the social situation in both countries. It is intended to provide space to network, plan together and look ahead to better times and exchange projects in 2025.

The networking seminar is aimed at exchange partnerships, and is designed to bring together active individuals/representatives/group leaders in exchange.

Please get in touch with your partner organization NOW to find out if the two of you can come together in Berlin from 26 to 28 November 2024. And then apply – preferably together – to take part. Israeli partners should contact the Israel Youth Exchange Authority to apply, German organizations via the link below.
