Under the title “Education and Encounter After October 7 – Continuing Exchange and Cooperation in Challenging Times – Plan Ahead for 2025”, around 50 partnerships from the German-Israeli youth exchange with participants from both countries will meet for a networking seminar in Berlin from November 26 to 28, 2024. Especially in these challenging times, encounters are more important than ever. The participants give and receive insights into current developments in youth and educational work as well as social discourse in both countries. The seminar also offers inspiration for joint planning and the outlook for new exchange projects in 2025.

A highlight of the seminar is our festive networking evening on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at 6:00 pm (admission from 5:30 pm). After a welcoming address by Lisa Paus, Federal Minister for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth, and a representative of the Israeli Embassy, five projects will present themselves, which have organized special encounters in 2024 as part of the initiative “WE ARE CONNECTED. German-Israeli Youth Exchange in Support for Israel”. The evening is open to all people who feel connected to German-Israeli exchange work and would like to meet friends over conversation, drinks, food and music. You are cordially invited!
